Upgraded structural requirements

The new version of the standard introduces the concept of insulation coordination partition in Chapter 8.1.4, requiring:

• The material of the creepage distance partition must pass the GWFI≥850℃ test
• The electrical clearance partition must meet 1.2 times the rated impulse withstand voltage
• The hot wire ignition (HWI) and arc ignition (AI) dual flame retardant tests specified in Appendix M are added

Performance verification system

The verification requirements in Chapter 9.3 show three major changes:

1. The DC withstand voltage test value is increased to 1.414 times the AC value
2. New Digital input/output parameter verification (Appendix S)
3. The short-circuit test power factor tolerance is tightened to ±0.05 (originally ±0.1)
