Quality inspection system

Standardize the establishment of a three-level inspection system: Raw material inspection (alloy ingot composition) → process inspection (grain growth monitoring) → finished product inspection (X-ray + fluorescent penetration). Taking DZ404 alloy as an example, there are 16 test items, including:

  • Chemical composition detection: 11 analysis methods of HB 5220 series are adopted
  • Low-magnification grain detection: columnar crystal width is required to be ≤30% of chord width
  • Microporosity control: ≤1.0% in area A, ≤3.0% in other areas

Special process control

The specification makes clear requirements on directional solidification equipment:

  1. Vacuum directional solidification process must be adopted (vacuum degree ≤5×10?2Pa)
  2. Temperature gradient control: ≥80℃/cm (blade body area)
  3. Solidification rate: 3-6mm/min (adjusted according to alloy grade)
