GB/T 28415 series standards are mainly used to guide the production and application of steel plates and strips for fire-resistant structures. With the improvement of fire resistance requirements in the construction industry, the new version of the standard has been optimized in the following aspects:
New high-strength steel gradesNew high-strength fire-resistant steel grades such as Q500FR, Q550FR, Q620FR and Q690FR have been added, which significantly improve the yield strength and tensile properties of the material to meet the needs of high-rise buildings and complex structures.
Optimize chemical composition controlThe requirements for molybdenum (Mo) and chromium (Cr) element content have been added on the original basis, and the fire resistance and high-temperature stability have been improved through alloying. At the same time, the total amount limit of niobium (Nb), vanadium (V) and titanium (Ti) has been refined.
Strengthening mechanical performance indicatorsThe impact absorption energy standards at room temperature and high temperature conditions have been improved, and new high-temperature tensile performance requirements have been added to ensure the reliability of materials under extreme conditions such as fire.
