General specifications for spray trucks (English Version)
Technical Dimensions | GJB 483-1988 | GJB 483A-2021 | Upgrade Points |
---|---|---|---|
Water-based Foam Decontamination | No clear requirements | Add a special chapter | Specify 100L:(8~10)kg:3kg modulation ratio |
Reliability Indicators | Not systematized | MTBF≥100h | Increase operational reliability verification |
Electromagnetic compatibility | No requirements | Dual requirements for vehicle + subsystem | Comply with GJB 1389A/GJB 151B |
The standard stipulates that spray gun disinfection must meet the requirements of single nozzle flow ≥18L/min and working pressure ≥0.3MPa. Door-type disinfection requires the configuration of no less than 10 nozzles and 2 supplementary disinfection spray guns. The volumetric efficiency of the high-pressure elimination system must be ≥90%, and the total efficiency must be ≥70%.
Special attention should be paid to the identification inspection:
The new version of the specification introduces reliability quantitative indicators (MTBF≥100h) and maintainability requirements (MTTR≤2h) for the first time, providing a technical basis for the full life cycle management of equipment. The newly added GJB 150.18A impact test requirements (20g acceleration) significantly improve the battlefield adaptability of equipment.
