Classification dimensions | Specific classification | Standard requirements |
---|---|---|
Product use | Dishes, bowls, cups, pots and other utensils | Corresponding technical indicators are formulated according to different uses. |
Product Grade | Superior, First-class, Qualified | The water absorption, thermal shock resistance, color difference and other indicators of each grade are clearly specified. |
Water absorption:Should be greater than 5% and not greater than 17%. High water absorption may cause ceramic utensils to easily absorb odors, affecting the user experience.
Thermal shock resistance:Requires no cracks or breakage in temperature changes from 160°C to 20°C. This ensures the durability of the product in daily temperature difference environments.
