Analysis of major technological innovations

Protection system improvement

The new standard introduces a dynamic PID control model in the sealing of rotating parts. The test results under IP66 protection level show that the maximum leakage flow in the immersion test is reduced by 43%, which effectively copes with the high salt fog environment in the South China Sea.

Product Reliability Verification

Salt Spray Corrosion Test Case

The 1200-hour continuous salt spray test found that metal electroplated parts need to pay special attention to the integrity of the protective layer of the H65 brass substrate. The test data showed that the durability of the zinc-nickel alloy plating is 450% better than that of electrolytic polishing.
