Scope
This standard specifies the functional requirements, performance requirements, other technical requirements and test methods of substation data communication gateway machines. This standard is applicable to the design, equipment development, testing and acceptance of substation data communication gateway machines with voltage levels of 35kV and above. Data communication gateway machines related to power plants can be implemented as a reference.
