The A1/A2 mass fraction was determined by reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography, and the internal standard method (2,4-dinitroaniline) and area normalization method were used in parallel to ensure that the component ratio was controlled in the range of 45-55%. Chromatographic conditions:
For the diphenylamine (DPA) additive of type D products, the standard requires that the detection wavelength be adjusted to 283nm, and a C18 chromatographic column be used for separation. The relative correction factor calculation ensures accurate control of 0.10-0.22%.
The product must be stored in a single layer above 0℃ to avoid stacking. It must be sealed immediately after opening. Type D products have a longer shelf life of 2 years than type C.
The packaging must be marked with the "flammable liquid" sign specified in GB190. Mixing with oxidizers is strictly prohibited during transportation. It is recommended to use shock-proof stainless steel containers.
When there is a major change in raw materials or processes, full-item identification and inspection must be carried out in accordance with Clause 4.2 of the standard, including 105℃/168h accelerated aging test.
Compared with the previous version, this standard strengthens the quantitative control of DPA stabilizers and effectively improves the storage stability of propellants by introducing the aging acid value indicator (≤0.50mg/g). The 168-hour accelerated aging test method specified in Appendix E provides data support for the long-term storage of ammunition.
