Analysis of the core content of the standard
Equipment classification | Main hazard sources | Protection level requirements |
Pouring platform equipment | Steel liquid leakage, high temperature radiation | PLr=d level (EN ISO 13849) |
Continuous casting machine host | Mechanical extrusion, steam burns | Category 3 (GB/T 16855.1) |
Cutting area equipment | Flame jet, smoke poisoning | IP54 protection (GB/T 4208) |
Key technical requirements
Hydraulic system safety:HFDU flame-resistant hydraulic fluid (ISO 12922) must be used, hose rupture protection devices must be installed on key pipelines, and accumulators must comply with pressure vessel standards.
Cooling water system:The independent emergency cooling system must maintain a water supply capacity of 30-40 minutes, and the crystallizer leakage should immediately trigger the shutdown interlock.
Special risk prevention and control
- Radioactive source management:Radioactive sources used for mold level detection must be stored in lead containers, and triple warning signs must be set up at the installation location
- Ladle turret:Seismic fortification shall be in accordance with the key fortification category (GB 50223), and the hydraulic accumulator shall ensure 270° accidental rotation capability
- Sealed room operation:A double-person interlocking mechanism must be configured, and a 6mm steel wire protective net must be installed at the steam exhaust outlet
Implementation suggestions
- Establish a three-dimensional risk matrix, and conduct quantitative assessment in combination with the 19 major hazards in Table 1
- The safety circuit of automation equipment shall meet the SIL2 level (GB/T 20438)
- Noise control must meet both the 85dB(A) limit of GBZ 2.2 and the ISO 11202 test specification
