Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions of lubricating oil wells, lubricating oil grooves and lubricating oil pockets of rolled bushings of sliding bearings made of single-layer and multi-layer bearing materials. The dimensions of the rolled bushings of the lubricating system specified in this standard shall be in accordance with GB/T l2613.1, and the materials shall be in accordance with GB/T l2613.4. Lubricating oil holes, lubricating oil grooves and lubricating oil pockets can be made on the strip before rolling, and the dimensional changes of the metal strip made by rolling are allowed; impressions due to stamping oil grooves and oil holes L will appear on the shaft sleeve On the back, fine cracks in the bearing material in the lubricating oil grooves and oil pockets are permissible as long as they do not fall off. For C series shaft sleeves produced according to GB/T l2613·1, the two sides of the oil groove may expand when stamping the oil groove. See GB/T 12613.2 for inspection data of inner diameter and outer diameter. Dimensions without tolerances are only for guidance and reference. Dimensions not specified can be completed by different processing methods.
